When will I receive my order?
Our standard practice is to deliver your desired goods purchased from Crowneshop.com within 3 working days for standard products, where otherwise, mentioned on the product page of special (heavy) products on Motorcycles category. However, upon verification with you telephonically, the process is completed as per aforementioned time period.
In situations of emergency or climatic impacts, orders are subject to get delivered as per conditions favorable for the riders and your ease. In either case, we will keep you informed with the process. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
Nationwide delivery of Crown Fighter 150CC will take at least 7 working days to deliver at a selected location based on your city from where you can collect the finished product in working condition.
How much does shipping cost?
At this point in time, we do not charge for any shipping costs within the designated areas of Karachi for all categories. However, for some areas which are out of reach and inaccessible for normal deliveries, a nominal fee of PKR 100 is charged which is informed beforehand to the customer.
Shipping costs for Crown Fighter 150CC is also free of cost at this point in time.

Why is my order shipping after specified time period which is 3-4 working days?
At Crowneshop, we make sure that our customers get their selected and purchased goods in time, however, in case of any delays caused by reasons mentioned below, orders might get delayed. Nevertheless, our customer service department will inform you beforehand if any of the mentioned reasons occur which would cause a delay in delivery date.

What time of the day will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are taken out by our Crown Delivery Hero once our Customer Service Representative confirms your availability at the desired address mentioned at the time of product checkout on Crowneshop.com. The usual time slot is from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pakistan Time.
